Deposits made on Salty Dawg Equine products are non-refundable.
We offer store credit or merchandise exchange only.
Customer is responsible for inspecting products at time of arrival for any problems. If any arrive after that we are not responsible.
Merchandise must be returned in the condition in which it was delivered.
Items that show wear and tear will not be accepted for return.
The customer is responsible for all return shipping fees. We suggest you ask the shipper for a tracking number before shipping an item back to Salty Dawg Equine.
Salty Dawg Equine is not responsible for any returned items until they are received by us.
Custom orders are not returnable.
Please note custom orders take 6-8 weeks, during the Holidays up-to 10 weeks pending on in-hand orders.
Rush orders will be charged a minimum $100.00.
Changes to any orders which are already in process will incur an additional minimum $50.00 fee.
Repairs to items purchased from Salty Dawg Equine are available at your request, however, repair fees covering labor and materials will apply.
Bounced checks will incur a minimum $50.00+additonal incurred fees on top of the original bill amount.
Final Payments are due upon pick up or delivery. $50.00 minimum late fee applied for outstanding balances.
